producer / songwriter / audio engineer

services

production

first and foremost, i consider myself a producer. though production has become a catch-all term for many aspects of the creative process, my philosophy on production revolves around these core elements:

  • developing a tracklist that tells the story my client wants to tell
  • recording the songs at a location that feels right for the project
  • recruiting musicians and engineers that can elevate the music
  • sticking to a budget and timeframe
  • seeing through the entirety of the release and post-production cycles

tracking

as my first love in engineering, i believe tracking is immensely important to the execution of a project. if tracking isn’t successful, the rest of the process will be a struggle as well! i love tracking in:

  • my own project studio
  • a well-equipped, fancy schmancy studio
  • beautiful spaces that are not studios
  • brand new studios
  • basements
  • cabins
  • anywhere with power, lamps, and coffee

mixing

mixing is fun and i like doing it! there are so many ways to elevate a mix and make them stand out. i feel comfortable mixing in analog and digital environments.

mastering

mastering is a critical part of the post-production process that ensures your music can sound incredible on all streaming platforms and on any physical media you may make.
